The fake news should be considered business fraud.
Ironically, the basis for the so called “fraud case” brought by the State of New York, against the Trump Organization, was filed under a law that was supposed to give the Attorney General then right to sue companies — like media corporations — for fraud — when the victims (the people) don’t have a direct right to sue.
