i thought so too but none of it involves fishing you just gotta find like one specific enemy and then fight it like fifty times until it drops the megaphone or pocket watch or whatever and then just do that like twelve times in a row
and usually throughout a playthrough you would have already collected like maybe one or two of the ankh shield accessories while exploring which is convenient
so it doesn’t take super long actually (at least it didn’t for me), i made one in my expert mode world
