Your an annoying comment spammer with a fetish username who comments the same thing on many post. It’s easier to ban you to make it stop than to remove every single comment.

i am simply introducing myself to the stream, since i cannot post yet. my comment are not "fetish commets" like you said when i was permabanned, they are simply introductory statements

Toe licking has to do with feet fetish. Your username is a fetish username. Your comments were spam. Neither is appreciated. There are other people who can't post yet, but they take part by having actual conversations instead of spamming the same phrase over and over again.
