What’s interesting is that I grew up in Butler County, Pa. I know this area like the back of my hand. I also know if this were a false flag op, you’d want someone trained (most likely military). Any Army or Marine recruit Basic Marksman can get 90% hit/kills center of mass to man size targets at 150 meters and 75% to 350 meters especially prone. The 20 year old shooter looked like a good student but a poor marksman, assuming he had a standard semi-automatic gas operated 5.56 rifle properly zeroed. I am former Army. 1982-88.
His shooting was too erratic. (Mental Health?) So, little shooting discipline as well. (I should add my time in we used iron sights, too, out to 450m.)
