If I'm not mistaken, this is the actor who portrayed the character in the drawing she did immediately after (Caleb Sykes from Horizon). She seems to be quite a fan. The pinstripes on his suit are so accurate. Not only is the line thickness just perfect for each individual one, but the positioning and angles of each one add to the level of believability. It would be so easy to just grab a ruler and make vertical lines, but she knows that's not how clothing works. It has to move with the fabric and look like it's going along the entire body of the jacket, which she captured perfectly. One thing about looking closely at good art is that it helps you appreciate examining the smaller things in life that most people don't give a second thought to. As for his hair and scruff, this is a nice contrast from her drawing of him in-character, which was in black-and-white for those not in the know, and although his fair skin and light hair may not be the most striking contrast, she still nails the concept of making his scruff visible while not drawing too much attention to it to make it unrealistic. That thousand-yard stare in his eyes is prominent even here although this is supposed to be Jamie's real self, which is a nice detail and a call-back to his real tosser of a character whilst still differentiating between Jamie and Caleb.
