Looks familiar. What country is he he president of?

The US. He’s an actor who retired early due to cognitive decline. You might recognize him as the leading role, John McClane from the Die Hard movies.

I was kidding about what country he was president of, as he was being compared to Trump, and it's just one of a countless of actors and celebrities subject to the rumor mill.
I'm not aware of any accusations against Willis, but it's not like I was ever an avid fan, so maybe I missed something.

It's sad, his family announcing late last year that he has full-fledged Alzheimer's.

As for aphasia, yeah, initially it was that he had trouble remembering his lines anymore so he had to quit acting. But the diagnosis of Alzheimer's was more recent.
