in terms of cool effects and awesome appearance COD is way better, but tbh CSGO has better attention to detail. And the gameplay is way different for diffeent people- CSGO is better for tactical play while COD is a frantic run n' gun shooter. It's more a question of preference. (I myself prefer CoD but I have never played CSGO,just seen gameplay, so)
