He could have a cold, be jet lagged, or just tired from not following his own feelings about how to prepare for the debate (for 11 days at Camp David) but none of those things, or even all of them combined with his age are legitimate explanations for how that man performed in the debate.
When someone is like that, it's not the first time it happened, because people get that way relatively gradually (although they decline at different rates...) Plus, anyone who has been paying objective attention to him since 2019 knows that this is not the first episode. There's tons of non-cheap-fake videos to prove it.
It certainly won't be the last time he's like that.
And speaking of cheap-fakes, I guess KJP has put that pathetic explanation out to pasture, so to speak.
And even if we believe the lying spin from Dementia Joe, the fact that it happened EVEN ONCE should be instant disqualification for being POTUS. People are dying on his watch.
