This was changed after each of the holy days and feasts listed in, what followers of Jesus refer to as "The Old Testament". About the time of the Passover, it seems as though the owner of the stream fell off the stream: quit, became ill, or whatever. I am unsure if anyone else can change it, but I would be willing to try.
