Not any more so than monogamous relationships. Honestly, even though there are more partners which could up your chances of catching something, many polyamorous people are much more careful than monogamous people about protection and are more likely to actually get std tested. There are so many monogamous people who never get tested and end up spreading STDs for years (you can have one without any symptoms for years).
