Wow, man. This Jamie Campbell-Bower fellow is one lucky man. If he only knew how talented one of his evidently biggest fans is. It is the same man who appears in her two subsequent pictures, the actor who plays Caleb Sykes in Horizon, such an underrated film, although it is a tad slow. This is her best work of Jamie thus far. It's nice to see a nearly full-length drawing of him in the same pinstriped suit she drew him in in the picture she did immediately after this one because, if you read my comment on that one, I mentioned her commitment and perfectionism regarding the stripes themselves, and here, it is no different. In fact, this one is more impressive because it displays the full outfit, which is revealed to have been a three-piece suit. I thought it seemed insanely difficult to be able to perfect that print on just the shoulder portion of the jacket, but to draw nearly his full-length body wearing the same pattern, this time with the creases along Jamie's elbows and trousers, without missing a beat is marvellous. The entire outfit has the same print all over, yet one can still differentiate the vest from the jacket, but she didn't stop there. Even the difference between the lapels and the chest portion of the jacket is evident without compromising the pinstripes. The buttons are so perfectly spaced apart, and I even love the inclusion of the one unbuttoned button, something not many would catch, especially if they do not wear suits like this themselves. I mean, I can even see the veins in his left hand and the position of his fingers clutching his sunglasses on the right. To even be able to draw that position is maddeningly impressive, but to not only draw it accurately but convey her subject's attitude as well, just with that subtle gesture, is insanity. Had the drawing honed in on his hand more, I swear this otherworldly young woman would've drawn Jamie's blood vessels. She is just that bloody good.
