Basically there's this tale of a man, a rather normal man who fished for his family.
"But when the Dark Twilight shined over the Earth.
He became the Twilight's Knight.
He became a Judge, a Punisher, an Executioner.
He saw the sins of humanity and punished them."
He gains 3 abilities and a badass shadowy greatsword.

Judgement's Balance
A shadowy scale appears in his left hand and he lifts it up. A limited amount of people in a designated area are judged, they receive debuffs or damage depending on their sins. 1-10 people.
Twilight's Fury
He raises his left hand to the sky and multiple glowy lavender colored orbs appear around him. These orbs target anyone with precision and disappear in impact. They don't explode.
Executioner's Sentence
It's a single target attack.
He strikes horizontally the chest of the target and then slices vertically cutting them in half.
But there's more. The Dark Twilight lasts for only 7 minutes and 29 seconds.
When the Dark Twilight event is halfway done, he goes into a sort of "phase two" which I like to call "Twilight's Shadow".

Becomes stronger, faster and overall better.

Shadow of Scales
He raises his scales, the scales are darker and have lavender energy flowing around them.
Anyone in a large designated area are instantly killed or heavily damaged depending on your sins. Even if you're innocent this attack hits you.
Stars of the Dark Twilight
He raises his hand and in the pitch black sky multiple glowing dots appear.
Don't be fooled, they're not small, just far away.
Then these dot rain onto the ground targetting people and exploding on impact.
They are the size of a chair btw.
Final Verdict
His greatsword charges with twilight energy and he swings a powerful medium ranged attack that slices multiple targets.
