When I saw that the Dems have admitted Demented Joe is only sharp mentally and on the job between 10AM and 4PM, I thought... that's not bad for an elderly man his age.
Unfortunately, the 13 soldiers who died in Afghanistan, and the 3 who died in Jordan (and the 34 or more who were wounded) couldn't manage to time it so they died during Demented Joe's working hours.
There's no way to know if his sleep and consciousness requirements played a part in these tragic losses, but since the rest of the world doesn't operate on BST (aka Bribe-em Standard Time), it might be good to elect someone who's already up at 3AM, whether he's mean-tweeting or not, and who is capable of making decisions rapidly, without a pep talk from Lady MacBiden.
