You misunderstand - today's ruling has set the precedent that a president deciding to kill anyone -is- the extent of their due process as long as a) it's for an official reason and b) they aren't removed from office for it.
Nope... the President swears to uphold the Constitution... which means not killing Americans without due process...
The cowards were the 3 libs who voted for condoning political persecution...

None of that matters in the least because, as we saw four years ago, if the party of the president holds the Senate, they will not be held accountable.
Swearing to uphold the Constitution means nothing without accountability.
It means all of the leftist democrats are going to start cheering for Biden to do all of the stuff they were making fun of and constantly giving fear mongering warnings of what that would mean Trump COULD HAVE done (he's no longer president - ridiculous histrionics).
Leftist democrats change their moral code faster than their "gender identities".
