There are opposing pyros tho. Maybe the Goggles don't let him see the color Red, I rarely see red in Pyroland.

Maybe he thinks of the enemy pyros as full sized people and not angel babies that want to get to red team and thinks of them as friends who also want his rainblower magic
Or maybe he thinks the enemy pyros spread evil and darkness to his team, which is why he needs to defeat them with joy and fun
