Winifred is very dedicated to her work, which is why she is considered the "leader" of the misfits she calls friends. An organizational freak, she's always assembling lists, schedules, and chore boards for the group to work off of. Although clumsy, she has her own ways of making that clumsiness effective. Often, her hard-working attitude can lead to her not getting enough sleep. And with her somewhat fragile sense of self-esteem, she can become an absolute mess very quickly. She does learn from her mistakes though, and knows just how to solve small problems that may get in her way.
