i don't think that's a good idea

i play in creative mode most of the time but a lot of ppl who play survival need librarians for good enchantments

yeah (it nerfs them meaning that you'll need a swamp villager to get mending, among other features, say, wandering traders trading to give you emeralds and also able to trade you enchanted iron pickaxes)

I think they are helpful for getting those little blue flowers that only spawn in swamps

unless you live near a swamp
