The neck and back pain is from a work accident I got during the pandemic. Its been bothering me on and off for 2 years. Me bed is in a loft area and I have to climb a ladder to get to it. Since I was already in a lot of pain, I decided to sleep on the couch for a few nights instead. That made my pain worse.
I also have a disease that I wish not to share about. It has no cure, I can only fight symptoms of it. And basically my body is a war trying to continuously fight it off with no chance of winning. It’s made my immune system worse. Most of my family who are aware of my disease and me being immunocompromised, don't take it seriously enough. My dad who had been sick for 3 days desides to spend some time with me… and I got whatever sickness he had.
Feeling like I haven't slept and my balance issues is either physical exhaustion or maybe from being sick.
I’ve been sleeping a lot these past few days and can't keep any food down.
