No-fault divorce allows, for example -- one of the more commonly occurring ones these days:
Someone can get married, cheat a few years (or year) later, ask for a divorce and then walk out with the vast majority of assets acquired BEFORE and during marriage and receive majority custody of children and several forms of near-permanent financial support on top of it.
This is a major factor as to why many men won't get married-- You don't sign a contract when the other party can profit by breaking it.
Removing no-fault divorce removes that hurdle.
Its all very simple: Are women strong and independent who don't need no man? or are they poor little fragile beings incapable of existing without a man to provide for them?
You can't be both and currently women are no.1 socially and no.2 legally
