Anyone Else Experienced This Before? | Our son called today--turned out he did not call me & thought I had called him. Our daughter called an hour ago & I asked her if she called me. She said, "No, Mom, you called me."; Has anyone had a similar experience? This is not the first time it's happened and I doubt it will be the last. A Third Party Had Initiated the Calls. I called our phone company today and the lady said the term for it is "Caller ID spoofing". I just found this info on it in case it happens to you... https://www.fcc.gov/spoofing

I have seen an uptick in ALL kinds of spam calls. Mine does that ONLY at certain times of POLITICAL activity.
I notice that type of thing.

No, I didn't take the vax and hadn't touched either phone at the time they rang. A grandchild actually called in when I was speaking w/ our daughter so I called her back and asked if she had just called me and she said, "No, Grandma".

Sooooo, there is something going on w/ third party calls and I just wanted to alert others of this situation and also ask if it had happened to them.
