While Chaos is the Angel of Death, or "Dark Roma"/"Dark Victor", Roma here is the Angel of Love.

Except... he's an incredibly shy guy, but does his job seriously. Whenever he has to get couples or such back together, it's a massive task for him and puts the poor thing VERY on edge, and is usually stressed out for a while because of it. But he gets his job done, doing what he can to keep love alive.

Roma doesn't believe in the forbidden rule(The forbidden rule is that Angels and Demons/Devils can't be together), and does what he wants. Kinda like Dark Pit when he didn't fully form yet, said "f**k you imma do my own thing". Instead for whatever reason comes to his head, it's mainly for the name of love.

Victor NEVER crosses the line though, and makes sure no Yanderes or extremely downbad simps come to exist, because if they were to exist, Roma would've been the number one suspect for this. He's never crossed the line though, so thank god.

Pit often speculates that Chaos and Roma are the same person, just like how he and Dark Pit were at one point(before Mirror of Truth bullshit). But that's not the case, as they're 2 COMPLETELY different people. Roma works for the (currently)unnamed Goddess of Love in the Kid Icarus universe.
