Modern Warfare came out 6 years after Ghosts.
MW has no DLC maps so you get all multiplayer and spec ops content for free. Ghosts has all DLC locked behind packs which are still $15 apiece.
Many consider MW to have one of the best campaigns in the series while Ghosts has one of the worst.
There’s no question which is the better deal.
