It was already on Windows 11 when it was bought but I want to revert it to Windows 10 (I don't know if that's possible if it didn't already have Windows 10 when it was bought) because Windows 11 is f**king garbage especially the emojis

well if you have the money, you can get the official flash drive with the product key gor about $150 i think
and you'll prolly have to completely erase your hard drive so save any important files.
once u did that insert the flash drive and continue from there with the installation instructions

you'll probably have to call a microsoft line to activate it and it might be automated so it'll be a pain in the ass but will work.
