'Inflationary policies of government have a multiplier effect when it comes to taxes. For starters, all those nominal price gains in the value of stocks and real estate mean more capital gain and property taxes. In addition, it pushes people into higher tax brackets and triggers the phase-out of several tax deductions & credits. These are just some of the many ways inflation siphons wealth from the working class and directs it to the government/Ruling Class.

Yes you are right on all those things.
I personally am against new taxes, especially locally due to the misappropriation of funds, defunding the police and this week our council is asking for 7,5 million in new taxes for the police department, I swear you can't make this up,
