Humans are one single species. Birds on the other hand, are different species. There’s eagles, parrots, and turkeys, but for humans there is only one species: Homo sapiens.
Now look: a single species of parakeet could have many different color feathers, but we don’t characterize them by that.
Your analogy is quite wrong, and you might want to look up the difference between species and race (also called subspecies)
