the executive has done nothing to preserve and or increase freedoms, liberties, or rights within the constitution
congress has blocked some things but not really promoted any good for the republic
SCOTUS has done more to preserve the republic than the other two branches combined
And though the court’s outcome has been mostly favorable the fact that the executive and legislative have done nothing for we the people is pathetic
