A war broke out between germany and italy because germany wanted to take south tyrol so they nuked it, but this attracted fast-developing aliens who rebuild civilization on that area within less than a decade, but died from the lack of radiation, italy also broke apart because of the nuke. Germamy broke apart because Italy nuked a tiny settlement in the north of norway (damn, they're sensitive).
5. After a war between Texas vs the Comanche and Aztec-occupied Mexico, Latvia was given to Finland, who also took the rest of the baltics.
6. Saxony re-colonized England, isolating England to just Tasmania (they colonized it earlier)
7. Native Americans colonized Europe back, this includes all of Iberia, almost all of Northern Africa, most of France excluding Alsace, the western parts of Saxony, Norway, Iceland and Moldova.
8. To resolve a border dispute between New Austria and Hungary, Uganda took it.
9. Uganda colonized Albania.
