My go to response when anyone woke starts the I am an X and I identify as point of the conversation is to place my palm in their face and say, never talk to me again and walk away. Yes, they scream like the children they are and no I don't care. If they only thing in their life that they care to discuss is their bedroom choices, I don't waste my time on them.

When I go into town and see them working and doing their jobs, and not seeking attention, I treat them like normals.

Yes... some are staved for attention... and the rest are normal...

It gets annoying fast; I do wonder if someone ever jumps right in at that point in the conversation and showers them with the adoration they are seeking.

You might be able to guess that on if their hair color is natural or not....

Yeah, they do tend to look like Ringling Brother clowns on the off season.

I treat people like they treat me, once they attempt to bring me into the delusions, I consider it an attack and end the conversation.
