however i will ask if they want me to legaly change their name and to make a chemical that erases any past instances of the deadname in smeones mind.

What’s a deadname?

A birth name or any name used before a name change. If someone changes their name, you should call them by their current name.

People will make mistakes in the begining though, even close friends. You kinda have to be patient with people for the first month or two.

That is valid. I meant people who refuse to use the new name of someone entirely. They shouldn't have to put up with people like that.
