Are your parents accepting towards lgbtq topics/people or are you completly unsure how they feel about the lgbtq? Are you close to your parents?

I’m close to them, and they have lgbtq friends, but I’m still just very nervous

Try to just slide it into conversation
Start with “hey can we talk…?” And go from there

Carefully ask them questions about how they feel about lgbtq people. If they are allies, just reveal it to them. If not, dont come out yet. If they are homophobes, DO NOT COME OUT.

you have a frend who is nonbinary and pansexual. they are trying to come out to their parrents. ask first what their opinion is and what they should say. turns out your lonely and you are freinds with yourself

just say what they say back to them
