I mean, it looks cute. But that's besides the point. What I really came here for was this:

We'll start at the top and make our way down.
First of all, we find that the hair is quite simple in its design. Right away, we see that the main colour scheme is white. It shall also be noted that the ears are rather large and are either facing backwards or have their openings either obstructed from view or nonexistent.
Continuing with the face, the expression is quite joyful, almost euphoric. The snout protrudes a tiny bit from the head, which is in and of itself quite rotund. We also see that the character blushes a bit. Whether that is a stylistic or contextual detail is unclear. Small protrusions of fur are also visible on the side of the head.
The arms are, as everything is, coated with a thick layer of white fur. This could be a reason for no separate hands existing, aside from the reason that there are simply none. Pink paw pads can be seem at the end of the paws. This, together with their positioning and that of the arms, creates a warm, inviting posture.
The waist is unnoteworthy. It curves inward a bit, but that is a small detail.
From the general vicinity of the pelvis, a very large, one might say luscious, tail extends from the back of the character, curving slightly upwards on both ends.
The legs are not fully shown, but what is visible is almost fully covered by high, pink-white socks with a horizontal stripe pattern of said colours alternating.
Thus, we may conclude that the image is meant to be very inviting and joyful.
