I guarantee you it isn't. The artist is just that bloody talented. It's quite clear you haven't viewed the rest of this page because this young lady has range like nobody's business, and one area she excels in (one of many) is Disney cartoon characters. This looks just like the Goofy that we've all grown up with, and I do agree that she could create one smashing colouring book if she felt so inclined, but you can tell this isn't from one because the room in the back is entirely hand-drawn. The table looks so ornate, so much like not only a table Goofy would use, but a table any of us would purchase. The colors absolutely scream "vintage cartoon", and this is beautiful because that's exactly what she was going for with her depiction of this Disney icon.
