Hunter was literally convicted of 3 felonies this morning and Biden has stated he will not pardon him.

Of the lightest charges they could draw up, after trying to not prosecute and after a sweetheart plea deal fell through. He likely will get the lightest slap-on-the-wrist punishment they can draw up (like a fine or some).

Uh pretty sure illegal possession of a fire arm has a minimum prison sentence.. let me check…

Yeah minimum sentence for even one of those charges is 3 years he’s for sure going to prison.

The law never stopped Democrats before. He'll get preferential treatment.

No one is expected to know every minimum sentence across the U.S….well unless you’re a lawyer or judge or something.

And Biden has declared he isn’t gonna do anything to help hunter like pardon or commute his sentence.

Clearly you didn’t or you wouldn’t have commenting saying he’d get off with a fine when minimum sentencing guidelines demands 3 years.
