Which part don't you understand? The keys on the keyboard are in alphabetical order now. That is not how they normally are arranged on a keyboard typically and people on Reddit commonly tell people to break up with their boyfriend/girlfriend when ever there is an obstacle. If I didn't cover what you are confused about, please let me know.

You could either use the spot where the correct buttons would normally be or just put the buttons back in their correct spots & have a talk with the girlfriend to please respect your stuff in the future. It was likely done as a prank or by someone with OCD or someone not that smart who maybe honestly thought they were helping. Either way, it's an easy fix.

Hold on the keys are in the wrong place but technically the button isn't. Therefore, pressing A would technically be Pressing Q. Instead of WASD you could press BKLM

That would require rewiring all of the internals on the keyboard and would be extremely challenging. It would be better to buy a custom keyboard for that
