No human brain is fully developed at age 3. However, I believe that there are some people whose brains are fully developed a few years before they turn 25. We need to find and recognize those who have wisdom beyond their years, and see if we can figure out how to make those people become more commonplace.

I'm sure there are more people like her. They may be in the minority. They might be ignored at best, or at worst, called things like "bummer", "buzzkill", "chicken", "doormat", "drag", "nerd", "pansy", "prude", "suck-up", "teacher's pet", "wimp", "wussy", and other names that I don't know about, but they will end up making the world a much better place than they or their detractors realize.
