Because of the noticable increase of the use of the word "notice" than is typical for normal english jargon, it is quite noticable that it is ment to be a tounge twisting tounge twister, and thus a noticable step up regular reading. In conclusion, this tounge twisting tounge twister that is noticably harder to pronounce than regular english jargon should provide a noticably hard brain teasing challenge for the average mind, giving a noticable improvment in brain function, and is clearly more importiant than most other noticable notices.
