Possible Mistrial over Facebook post

They want to refile so they can drag him into court again. Juror obviously a dem. They want him in court not on campain trail.

The wheels have come off of Fani Willis’ and Jack Smith’s prosecutions. So now the Dems have drag this case out as long as possible.

But is it legit? Or an online troll? How long will an investigation and hearings take? Is it a ploy to delay sentencing closer to the election to derail a SCOTUS appeal? The normal NY full appeal process could take two years. Would Bragg risk a retrial going in Trump’s favor now that defense attorneys have seen their mistakes?

Then again, the judge could rule that jury misconduct was inconsequential.

More weaponization by the DEMrats

The post most likely is by a troll. The account had a picture posted of somebody who died several years ago. The account also claims to be a “professional s**t poster.” Now the account is deleted.

Under New York law, “a defendant can move to vacate a verdict on the basis of juror misconduct if and only if he can prove, by a preponderance of the evidence,” that there was misconduct, and that the misconduct “created a substantial risk of prejudice,” according to NBC News.

Like that will happen.
