What to do when Jeffrey appears:
1. Remain calm & don't engage him directly.
Your angry attention is exactly what he wants.
2. Use the "Feedback" button to report him to the site mods.
They will delete his account as soon as they are aware of it.
3. If you were alerted to his return by him following
your stream, ban him from posting in that stream. 3a. If you use the setting "must have an
account for 30 days & have 10,000 points to post,"
you never have to worry about him in that stream
-- this will affect many other users as well, however.
4. (optional) Flag all his memes. The only explanation
you need to give is "Jeffrey Stone made this meme."
5. When you stumble upon one of his old templates,
you can use "Feedback" or "Request Image Removal."
