the thing with grim and nat is a long story: It dates back a few weeks ago when nat had the argument with SammyPlush, became a hated user, wanted to khs with a bottle of mouthwash and so on (you probably already heard of it). During this time, grim posted some anti suicide memes and wanted to prevent nat from self harm. When she failed, she became angry about nat ignoring her and still commiting self harm.
Time jump to the present day: Nat apologized (I don't know what the argument was about), made peace with her friends and became a decent and respected MSMG user again. But grim didn't forget about the situations and wrote a hate comment under one of nat's memes, calling her a mouthwash drinker and similar things. As it's in the human nature, nat reacted by bullying grim back and calling her Joe Swanson, since grim got both of her legs amputed. So they both got really mad since they hit each other's weaknesses, and you guessed it: Escalation.
