Getting new streams to be active is tough and quite a few of them don't end up being successful. Have you advertised your stream anywhere yet? There are a few streams just for advertising new streams. You could try posting about it in those places. Another thing some people do is invite others to mod. Sometimes the bigger users will attract others to be active in your stream if you can get them to mod or post some stuff. Since its kinda a random funny meme stream, I’d suggest trying to get some of the msmg stream users in there if you can since it’d be right up their alley. Some of them are a bit anti-lgbtq though so just a heads up if you do go over there. It also helps if you post every so often in your own small streams to help them stay a bit more active.
