I don't get it...

There isn't a joke in this post. It's just talking about how eye exams always go through big changes in tech, while the kids eye test with the small house hasn't been changed in years.

I know everyone is saying balloon I don't see it!

Some versions of the eye test have a balloon, but this one in particular has a house. People are just saying that for them, they had to stare at a balloon.
