Just as Dems halt new oil exploration on federal land, they don't happily allow copper mining either. Copper mines create run off and byproducts that are horrible enviromental contaminates. But your EV needs 5x more copper PER CAR than an ICE vehicle. So come on, you know what this means. Let's all say it together..... you can't have EVs without significant increases in mining and mine pollution!
