I have served on two Juries. On one, I felt the defendant was guilty. However, the District Attorney did not prove it. I was elected Jury Foreman. Reluctantly, we found him Not Guilty. No one would have known, if we looked the other way and found him Guilty. We would have known.

The trial may have been the longest period of time in recent history that the jury members were not influenced by "alternative reality," in many years. Based on vetted facts and corroborated testimony they found him guilty. In the real world an appeal must be based on some legal miscue. Just because partisans don't like the outcome does not change this requirement. If my admittedly biased feelings are off and the judge erred in some way and there is a legal basis for appeal, I publicly vow to accept it. For the time being, he is guilty as charged.

There were countless legal miscues on which the conviction will be overturned. So we're not worried about that. Merchan didn't care as he was either paid off or a "true believer" in the left's mission to destroy America. That's the only explanation for what we saw here. The only one.

Even had Trump been involved with paying off the lying porn star, an NDA is not a criminal act. The bookkeeping was not a felony and at worst a misdemeanor.
