The three underlying crimes are secondary to the crime they are deciding guilt on. HOWEVER, none of the three suppose underlying crimes were spelled out before jury instruction. NO evidence was brought into support the charges. NO opportunity to defend those supposed charges -- because the court had no jurisdiction.
And the bottom line, he's been convicted nor charged of ANY of the three supposed crimes, thus they aren't relevant at all. They aren't criminal acts on his part.
