Yeah, I know it's not a sport, but I didn't want to put "none"

Y’know, I’d consider quadrobics to be more of a sport than “competitive walking”. It flexes similar muscles to dancing, which is very much a sport, and builds upper body strength the same way lifting weights would.

I dunno, from an acting standpoint quadrobics is super useful in the horror genre, so I’ve studied it a fair bit. That being said, I most definitely am no good and do not use it often. ;)

Technically I count it as one, it’s very difficult from what I’ve seen and I actually think I’d break every bone in my body trying it

It can be not easy, especially during high jumps I've never done. So, yeah, I stick to....no jumps? I attempted to do a high jump once and my wrists felt like dog crap so...

I’m not super flexible so…yeah I’d probably lose my ankles

What's a therian?

A therian is someone who identifies as an animal in a non-physical way. Meaning, we know we're human. Therians often do quadrobics, vocals, and wear sorts of gear as a way to connect to that certain animal. Quadrobics is a sport/exercise that involves people walking on all fours. It builds arm muscles. Vocals are making the noise of the animal you identify as. Gear ranges from masks and tails to gloves with pads. However, not all therians wear gear, do quadrobics, or vocals. Many people think that all Therians are girls and are teenagers. This is not true. Therians can be of any age, gender, and race. But, yeah, that's what a therian is.
