If they can't pack the court, then they have to delegitimize the Supreme Court.

Liberal groups and congressional Democrats have spent the past several years targeting the conservative-led U.S. Supreme Court.

The moves are a desperate effort to cause a situation that would allow Democrat President Joe Biden to appoint a liberal justice to even the playing field a bit.

Since they can’t get that to happen, the next best thing is pressuring conservative justices to recuse themselves from certain cases.

This push for recusals is what’s currently happening with Justice Samuel Alito.

The interesting thing is that the Legislative Branch in not in control of the Judicial Branch; and yet keeps trying to control it.

Yup... they want to control the outcome of the decisions made by SCOTUS
