Well thats just the underlying problem with liberalism as a whole isn't it..
It begins and ends with 'well it looks like it'd work on paper' -- always looking to the future for change based entirely on ideals and theoreticals, rather than looking to the past where you get to see how systems and people actually act when its tried.

It might have at least gotten off the ground. ;)

I hate to agrue with my conservative brothers and sisters but Honestly , Captialism is the reason it is so expensive to live in a city. Here in Chicago where i work and live, all the high paying jobs are here , businesses that open in the area are high Commodity, even crap food is high because people in the city can afford it. Its a win win situation when everything is going well, its times like this when inflation is soaring that it becomes more than burdensome. The prices are going up but our paychecks are not.

The real problem is Corp greed. A lot of people don't want hear this , but when you allow people and companies to earn billions , Yes I said earn, it's the same thing as a monopoly. It's just a monopoly on cash. Everyone is worried about minimum wage, maybe they should be worried about maximum wage

I believe in profit caps, I know that is heresy under capitalism, but take pharmaceuticals ... they earned billions upon billions of dollars in pure profit on meds that cost pennies to make.
