That's not true. It feels true sometimes but then you realize it's not.
"According to the CDC, the average height of American men aged 20 and older is 5 ft 9 in (176.1 cm). This is slightly taller than the global average of 5 ft 7.5 in (171.5 cm) for men."
The 5’7 average is for men of all ages, the average man on earth is 5’9 and the average woman is 5’4. In my opinion, women do not have the right to call men short unless such man is SHORTER than them.
