Here's the thing, they have been fighting the middle east over religion for decades without end. Not to mention that they're fighting terrorists that have been committing worse things for many years.

Only a complete idiot can look at a situation where the official death toll has stopped growing because all of the journalists keeping track of it have been murdered and say “Well the terrorist groups they’re fighting have definitely done worse things.”

This isn't a good vs bad scenario, it's a useless conflict that the IDF could have employed their special forces to deal with it. I'm not saying Israel is in the right. They were in the right to fight back but the war crimes are not good. The families in Gaza should have evacuated but the lack of transportation could be a reason. I'm just saying it's not a good vs bad scenario it's very complex.
