Tarkov/survival RP, prompt in comments (No joke oc i guess, anything else is legal)

It has been 20 years since the Tarkov conflict, you are either a survivor or a PMC looting an apartment complex, hoping you can scrounge up some food or water for your long journey back to your ecampment, but you soon feel the barrel of a gun touch the back of your head.

(put in mind that shes a villain, also is that an abandonned city)
Echo: *staying in a dark area, staring at humans in the streets every single day without doing anything else, until you notice me*

(Can I use a character that's not an OC? He's from a video game)

(Axton, the Commando from Borderlands 2. His personality is complex, so for now I'll say he's bi and a military man and reveal more as it becomes relevant.)

*Axton sighed.*

"Do you really wanna do this?"

???: Im pretty sure you know the answer to that... now you know the drill, empty your pockets and drop the gun..

"Just wanted to check before I do this."

*In one swift motion, he kicked the gun out of his assailant's hands and kicked him down. He stood up and tossed the device he had on his shoulder to the ground.*

"Meet my lady friend!"

*The small box-like device digitized and reformed as a turret. It aimed its barrels directly at the man, and two laser sights trained on its target.*

???: forgetting something??

"What would that be?"

???: To check for a secondary...
(??? would smile as he would shoot Axton's left knee with a TT and quickly kick the turret onto its side)
???: Not the sharpest tool in the shed, huh?
(He would cock back his TT and put it directly onto Axton's forehead)

*The bullet deflected off his knee pad.*

"Are you blind or have you not noticed the auto turret in front of you? The one with three barrels, twin missile pods, and four ammo belts feeding off the sides? That's aimed directly at you?"

(??? would look over to the turret on its side, lasers facing the ceiling)
???: uhhh, yeah... directly aimed at me...

*He scoffed.*

"Minor setback."

*He moved to flip the turret over.*

(I'm gonna mention this now before I forget: Borderlands characters have shields. Jack describes them in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! as absorbing all damage until they're depleted. Axton is currently wearing a DAHL shield. What that does is every time 250 units are depleted from his shield's percentage, a booster is dropped. A shield booster restores 50 units to the percentage for balancing reasons, normally it fully replenishes the shield)

(Also, wanted to note this: Most of Axton's personality is dark/slightly iffy humor, coupled with minor insanity and ten years of military training as an elite Commando who is wanted for war crimes with a bounty of $5,000,000,000 on his head in the Borderlands games)

*I feel the barrel on my head, and I turn around and say* "You wouldn't hurt a cute little Umbreon, would you?"

(The gun would click, signalling that the saftey was now off)
???: I would not test your luck... thing...

*I growl* "How dare you?" *I stand up on my hind legs and (somehow) become an anthro Umbreon with full battle gear, then I put my brass knuckles on my paws* "You wouldn't hurt me now, right? I could be a valuable ally if you gave me the chance."
